Authentic Healing Goes Deeper

To Feel Authentic is to Heal From the Root Cause

  • We are a team of bilingual (English/Spanish) Latinx/e licensed clinical psychologists serving New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and 40+ states via telehealth. Blending the warmth of the tropics with the inclusivity of the city, we provide a safe and supportive space to explore emotional challenges and uncover the root of your emotional pain.

OUR PSYCHOLOGISTS

Our Services

Our Treatment Approach

  • PSYCHODYNAMIC

We take a deeper look into the nature of your relationships throughout your life to gain a better understanding of the origin and meaning behind emotional suffering and behavioral patterns.

  • TRAUMA INFORMED

We will guide you to explore parts of yourself that are holding burdens of past painful experiences, from generational trauma to events that have impacted your life, which could be scary to explore alone.

  • CULTURALLY SENSITIVE

We understand the importance of navigating emotional challenges through the lenses of your racial, ethnic and cultural identities while acknowledging the wounds of social injustice.

  • INTEGRATIVE

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Our trauma-informed approach blends psychodynamic, behavioral, and humanistic therapies to support individuals with care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and tailored to their unique story and identity.

Now Accepting Patients Through the World Trade Center Mental Health Program for 9/11 survivors.

  • Feelthentic Therapy Group is proud to announce that we are now a provider for the 9/11 World Trade Center Mental Health Program, offering bilingual services (English/Spanish) to individuals affected by the September 11th terrorist attacks. Our founder, Dr. Dalissa Nevárez, previously worked as a clinician at the Mount Sinai WTC Mental Health Program in New York City. With deep experience supporting responders and survivors, she now leads our practice in continuing this mission—providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to those impacted. We are currently accepting new patients who qualify for the WTC Mental Health Program and reside in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and 40+ states across the U.S. If you or a loved one were affected by 9/11 and are seeking mental health support in English or Spanish, we are here for you.
